WAIVER. In consideration of the M.D.R.A.'s acceptance of my entry, I the undersigned, intending to legally bind myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, do hereby release the Minnesota Distance Running Association, Inc., The Cross of Glory Baptist Church, The City of Minnetonka, and/or any of the volunteer event management personnel from any and all liability resulting from illness or injuries I may suffer as a result of participation in this training event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and will have adequately trained and prepared for the completion of this long distance running event.
